2. Pzizz
The Pzizz app plays a different soundtrack every time you use it to help you fall asleep with sounds, music, voices, and binaural beats. Pzizz claims it can “solve insomnia,” using a unique random algorithm that generates a new sound every time you use it. It also claims there are over 100 billion combinations, so you’ll never hear the same track twice. It gives you full control over the length of the track (10 min – 12 hours) and controls individual voices/music/sounds and the type of sound, such as stereo or 3D. The best part is that the app is completely free, although it used to cost $9.99.

3. Sleep Genius
The Sleep Genius app comes with tracks created using neurosensory algorithms that help your brain prepare for sleep and then guide it through sleep cycles. This allows you to fall asleep easily and deeply throughout the night. It also comes with a unique alarm clock that takes five minutes to wake you up and is activated using various sounds. Sleep Genius was primarily created for NASA astronauts to help them sleep. The app costs $9.99 to enjoy all the features, including dynamic sleep and sleep tracking.

Gadgets to help you sleep:
1. Aura by Withings
Its main function is to track your sleep, but it also does a great job of helping you fall asleep. The Aura comes with a sensor that goes under your mattress to track your body movements, heart rate, breathing rate, etc. The device works like a lamp and releases light that stimulates a substance called melatonin (a hormone responsible for sleep), and it also has soothing sounds to help you fall asleep. If you want a good sleep tracker that also helps you fall asleep, then check out the Aura.
Price: $299.95
2. BluBlocker
The blue light emitted from your TV/computer screen affects the hormone melatonin, making it difficult to fall asleep. BluBlocker glasses block blue light as well as ultraviolet light to ensure you fall asleep easily after prolonged use of a digital device. They also help you see more clearly. They come in many designs to match your style.

3. Drift Light
The Drift Light is a lamp designed specifically to help you fall asleep. It emits less blue light than regular light bulbs and comes with a 37-minute dimming time (the time it takes for the lamp to slowly turn off, which is equal to a sunset) to help you fall asleep. The lamp is capable of emitting 40 watts of light while consuming only 7 watts of electricity.
