Welcome to Xerox Easy Translate translation copiers

Xerox has equipped its photocopiers with the Easy Translate, which allows you to scan a document and photocopy it translated into a different language.

Xerox

Many of you may not be so good with photocopiers since they are becoming increasingly complex, with touch screens, scanners, faxes, endless copy creation capabilities, multiple paper cassettes, automatic feeding, network connection, etc. Some may remember the old machines that simply had numbers for setting the number of copies and a big green “Start” button.

Well, forget what you knew. Not only are these machines not going to be simplified again, but they are constantly being equipped with new features. Xerox recently introduced another additional service, automatic document translation during photocopying. All you need to do is select the language contained in the document and the language you want it translated into. Something like Google Translate. You press “Start” and you have a photocopy of your document fully translated. It is not only impressive, but also very useful in some cases, such as for example to instantly create original translated restaurant menus.

But nothing in this world is free. The company doesn’t charge for the first 30 translations, but after that, expect $10 for every 100 pages, which is quite a steep amount. The translation is done automatically, but if you need more professional accuracy, then you can pay Xerox per word to do the translation for you manually.
