The same team that released the jailbreak for iOS 7 has also released the jailbreak for iOS 8.1. Currently, the tool only works on Windows systems, is in Chinese, and does not install to Cydia by default.
The jailbreak is currently quite buggy and we don't recommend trying it on your device. If you use a passcode, the system crashes, there are issues with Cydia, and many tweaks don't work.
Cydia has already been updated for the new iOS, but it requires manual installation via SSH. If you're feeling adventurous, you can download the jailbreak tool from the Pangu.
We recommend that you don't do this though and wait until they fix the bugs.
