Anna Stoehr is one of the oldest people in the world, and today she is 113 years old. Stoehr, the oldest resident of Minnesota, signed up for Facebook to receive all those “happy birthday” posts over the weekend she turned 114.
However, there was a slight hitch in the process: 1900, which is her actual birth year, was not an option when she tried to fill out her profile. So Stoehr had to cut 15 years off her age and pretend to be a 99-year-old “teenager” in order to log into the social network, Minneapolis station KARE 11 reported.

Stoehr's interest in technology began when a Verizon sales rep, who sold her 85-year-old son a smartphone, became her friend. Since then, he's taught her how to use the Internet. In the video below, she even uses her iPad to make FaceTime calls with friends around the world.
