Malmo PinMeTo is a location-based marketing platform that’s launching a powerful new feature that aims to make it infinitely easier for big brands to maintain a presence on Facebook.
How? By automating the creation and updating of multiple local Facebook pages. And it does so through a program that’s essentially a prototyping system that lets you create a message with local, customized content and then shares it across some or all of your local Facebook pages.

Palander says their studies with PinMeTo have shown that content published only locally generates up to 300% more views, and 75% more clicks on likes and shares on Facebook than the same content published on the brand's main page.
He also cites a similar study done by Socialbakers that claims that local Facebook pages have between 107% and 346% higher engagement rates than a brand's general page.
But the problem with “acting local” when you’re a national or international brand is that it takes extra resources to maintain hundreds of local Facebook pages or a real local presence on each social media platform.
This often means leaving money on the table. The idea behind PinMeTo’s solution – and its future product – is to leverage the process of scale.
To that end, Palander says that by using PinMeTo brands can publish posts containing dynamically localized fields across all of their global locations, so that each location will contain locally relevant information, such as an address or phone number.
The result is that national and international chains can target cities, countries, etc. for personalized local messages. And in addition to posting content, the platform provides statistics on the performance of posts and binds the intensified statistics of companies to a single post and a single location.
