The CoWatch is a smartwatch that includes the Alexa assistant. It is made by IMCO and is billed as the world's first smartwatch to integrate Alexa voice commands.
The CoWatch connects to iPhones running iOS 9 and Android phones running Android 5.0 Lollipop and up. It's also affordable, with a price starting at $159.
The round Super AMOLED display measures 1.39 inches and has a resolution of 400 x 400. Unlike other round smartwatches (like the Moto 360), the CoWatch's display has no notch at the bottom.
At 0.48 inches, the CoWatch is quite thick, especially compared to the Apple Watch (0.41 inches) and the second-generation Moto 360 (0.45 inches). Still, the stainless steel and ceramic body is stylish. It's also water and dust resistant.
The CoWatch is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, has 1GB of RAM, and runs a custom operating system called Cronologics OS. It comes with 8GB of internal memory, double that of most smartwatches. Battery life is said to be up to 32 hours. The smartwatch comes with its own magnetic charging dock.
The hardware sounds great, but it's the Alexa voice commands that set it apart from other smartwatches.
With CoWatch, you won't need to buy an Echo Dot. You'll be able to simply say "Alexa, play music" or "Alexa, turn on the lights.".
Those interested in getting their hands on the CoWatch early will be able to find it for $159. Of course, if you miss this offer, the regular price for the CoWatch will be $179 and the cost for the dual pack will be $350
