Google will support the homeless of San Francisco with 2 million euros , according to what the city's mayor announced.
This is not the first time the tech company has donated to the city of San Francisco. Last February, when there were protests about the prohibitive cost of traveling on Google's high-tech buses, the company provided $6.8 million to provide city bus rides to children from low-income families for two years.
Google isn't the only tech company based in San Francisco that has made a financial donation to the city. Twitter has also invested $1 billion to create a training center for the city's homeless.
