The National Cybersecurity Authority is making a new integrated tool for assessing the compliance of entities with the requirements of Law 5160/2024 available to interested parties , demonstrating as a fundamental priority of national importance the shielding of digital operations.

In collaboration with the European Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA), the EAC developed this tool with the crucial support of the “Support Action”. It is a practical, easy-to-use gap analysis tool for key and significant entities, which responds to their regulatory requirements, strengthening their capabilities to assess and improve their compliance and cyber resilience.
It includes 169 control points, organized into 24 thematic sections, covering the full range of regulatory requirements as reflected in Law 5160/2024 and in Joint Ministerial Decree 1689/2025 (B' 2186) "National Framework of Cybersecurity Requirements for Key and Important Entities".

The purpose of the tool is to:
- In assessing the compliance of entities with the requirements of the institutional framework.
- In highlighting existing gaps and risks.
- In assessing the maturity of technical and organizational measures.
- In guiding the design of interventions for their regulatory compliance and improving cyber resilience.
"The National Cybersecurity Authority remains a supporter of this national effort, offering tools, guidance and cooperation with European and national bodies to achieve substantial and sustainable compliance," said the Governor of the National Cybersecurity Authority, Michalis Bletsas, welcoming the operation of the new tool, which will assist key and important entities in their efforts to comply with the new cybersecurity regulatory requirements.
