Raw's The Ring helps you find out if your partner is cheating on you

A futuristic new smart ring could be the real indicator of a serious relationship. This technologically advanced piece of jewelry from Raw, known as The Ring, is being promoted as a way to strengthen your emotional connection with your partner — or to catch them if they're even thinking about cheating on you with someone else.

“The Ring,” created by dating app Raw in partnership with Queens Tech, allows couples to track each other’s emotions — whether positive or negative.

Designed to be purchased in pairs, this device syncs between partners — so both can see the other’s emotional state through different LED colors. It’s like a digital “mood ring” — but connected to someone else’s emotions.

Using artificial intelligence, each ring features a microphone and biosensors that record heart rate, skin temperature, and movement to identify how the wearer is feeling emotionally throughout the day, in any situation.

If you want to be considered "partner of the year," the device can detect signs of stress in your partner — allowing you to respond to their emotional needs without them even asking or telling you.

Additionally, the team behind it claims that the Ring will be able to recognize other emotional states, such as stress or sexual arousal. It will also be sophisticated enough to "understand context," distinguishing whether your partner's increased heart rate is due to exercise or arousal.

A thin line in the center of the ring will turn pink or red to alert you if your partner is stressed or aroused. The creators claim that the product brings a “fundamentally new form of human connection” — and, at the same time, surveillance.

Raw also claims that the device will record voice patterns — not full conversations — and will only “emotional indicators,” discarding the raw data, which will be encrypted.

The Ring can last up to a week on a single charge, and a full charge takes about 30 minutes.

The device has not yet been released on the market — the creators indicate the end of 2025 or early 2026 as a possible date. Pricing details have not yet been announced.
