Apple is planning to announce new Macs in late October, including a Mac Mini, which is similar in size to the Apple TV.

This information comes from Bloomberg's Mark Gurman, who also reports in his Power On newsletter that the iPad Mini is being refreshed with a delay, making it the first refresh since 2021.

The Mac Mini might be the most exciting of the recent updates, especially given the rumored major physical refresh that comes with a new M4 chip. Despite its small size, the version is expected to offer good connectivity options, although it will lack USB-A ports.
Gurman says Apple will also announce M4 versions of the base 14-inch MacBook Pro, as well as the high-end 14- and 16-inch MacBook Pro models, as well as the iMac . As for the new iPad Mini, it is expected to have improved specs with little to no visible design changes.

According to Gurman, Apple plans to release MacBook Airs with M4, a redesigned iPhone SE, refreshed iPad Airs (along with Magic Keyboards), and a new AirTag in the first half of 2025. Apple could also introduce updated versions of the Mac Studio and Mac Pro, which have not been included in the upgrade , in the middle and second half of next year, respectively.
