Navigating to charging stations and finding the exact location of EV chargers—such as in a multi-level parking lot — can sometimes take more effort than it should.
Google says that "in the coming months," it will start showing artificial intelligence-powered on Google Maps that describe a charger based on millions of user reviews posted every day.
The instructions will become even more specific, as reviews regarding EV chargers now request additional details, such as the type of plug you use and how much wait time will be at the location.

You'll soon see nearby EV chargers on Google Maps, including real-time port availability and charging speeds. This update will roll out globally in the "coming months," starting with electric vehicles with Google built-in, such as those made by Volvo, Polestar, and GMC.
The most ideal EV charging stations will soon be suggested based on your charge level when you select a multi-stop road trip in Google Maps. (There’s also a new EV charger filter on google.com/travel available now to find hotels that offer charging.)
This feature, also, will be available in the «upcoming months», for electric vehicles with Google integrated. This excellent road navigation will significantly help reduce range anxiety for new EV drivers and will make road trips easier for everyone.

Google Maps offers a wealth of features that help users navigate and explore the world, and now it’s even more helpful for EV drivers. One of the key features is GPS navigation, which provides detailed directions for your personal route, whether you’re walking, driving, or using public transportation. In addition, Google Maps offers a search function for locations, businesses , and attractions. You can search for specific addresses, restaurants, hotels, museums, and other points of interest. Another important feature is the ability to see real-world images of streets through the Street View. This allows you to get a more complete picture of the area you’re planning to visit. Finally, Google Maps offers the ability to save and organize your favorite locations.
