According to new research from GoDaddy ,more than half (57%) of small businesses are eager to expand their knowledge of generative AIandhow it can be used to help their business.

The findings come from a survey of more than 1,000 U.S.. 38% of respondents are already using or have tried generative AI and AI writers tools like ChatGPT and Bard.

Three-quarters (75%) of those who have tried such tools report “very good” or “excellent” performance. Only 4% said they were dissatisfied with the results.

While large companies typically have more resources at their disposal and can more easily access such technologies, small and medium-sized businesses often face difficulties, while startups may be under even greater pressure.
However, artificial intelligence tools have proven valuable in automating repetitive tasks and handling other simple tasks, allowing business executives and employees to focus on more important tasks and better guide the business.

Artificial intelligence could also help small and medium-sized businesses attract new customers, increase their revenue, maintain a healthy work-life balance, do effective marketing, and create content on social media and the website.

The availability of so many AI tools has made it possible to create content in less time and with more variety, giving small and medium-sized businesses new opportunities to stand out. In fact, nearly two-thirds (64%) of businesses surveyed are already using AI to produce content.

According to the Small Business Association, small and medium-sized businesses make up 99% of all businesses in America. That means they represent a huge market with huge growth potential for AI companies.

By delivering personalized marketing, optimizing staffing, streamlining operations, improving customer experience, and providing better insights into business operations, artificial intelligence can transform the way small businesses operate.
