The Snipping Tool is one of the many beneficial apps that come pre-installed with Windows 11. Along with Calculator, Mail , and Calendar, the Snipping Tool proves to be an invaluable asset for anyone using Windows 11.

To get the latest version of the Snipping Tool from the Microsoft Store, go to your library under updates & downloads. Once you launch the tool and select “record,” simply select any part of your screen to start recording. As for the recording capabilities on Windows 10, Microsoft has yet to announce anything new on the matter.
