In June, it was reported that Google was working on a new Wi‑Fi 6 router and now it has leaked as Nest Wifi Pro.
big hardware isn't until next month, but the leaks have already begun, and this time they show the pricing for a new Google Nest Wifi Pro 6E Router, courtesy of B&H Photo. The online store lists a variety of colors and combo packs starting at $199.99, each marked "new product - coming soon." In other words, it's coming as early as October 6th when this pro version of the Nest Wifi is expected to be announced at the Made By Google.

Unfortunately, we don't have any photos or specs, but we're not completely in the dark. We previously saw details of what we expect to be called the "Nest Wifi Pro" in an FCC listing that mentioned Bluetooth Low Energy and Thread mesh networking radios , along with support for 6 GHz Wi-Fi 6E for reduced signal interference and faster speeds.
The main difference between Wi-Fi 6 and 6E is the use of a third bandwidth range, roughly between 6 GHz and 7 GHz. In general, Wi-Fi 6E should not have a direct impact on the potential speed of your home/office network. On the contrary, this 6 GHz band is usually less crowded, which means there is less chance of interference between household devices.

Early B&H list a $299.99 2-pack, a $399.99 3-pack, and colors that mimic other Nest, such as “Snow” (white), “Fog” (pale blue), “Linen” (beige), and “Lemongrass” (yellowish green). We expect this Pro model to coexist with the current Nest Wifi, which costs $169, but you can often get it for less.
