Dona Sarkar bids farewell to Insiders: The Windows Insider community seems to play a significant role in the dynamic development of Windows 10. Others believe the exact opposite.
Most of you know Dona Sarkar, and if you don't, she was the lead (#NinjaCat) of the Windows Insider Program. She was a program manager and tireless about the community and the important role she played.

Under Dona's leadership, the Windows Insider program grew and expanded to many cities around the world. Dona's passion helped Microsoft spread the idea of Insiders, but it seems the company is preparing changes.
Dona will take on a new role within the company. She will participate in managing the Microsoft Developer Relations team, for Citizen Developers in the use of Power Platforms (Microsoft Flow, PowerApps and Power BI).
We don't know at this time who will be heading up the Windows Insider Program, but I'm betting it's not a cute PR person like Dona Sarkar.
Microsoft's bet right now is to regain public trust, after the endless problems that occurred in the development of Windows 10. Does it seem to you that the number of errors in Windows 10 updates has increased in the last two years? If so, do you know why? This question is answered in a recent video by former Microsoft employee (Senior SDET) Jerry Berg, also known as Barnacules.
The Dona Sarkar era is over, and her goal seems to be complete. The Windows Insider program is now famous, after dozens of events and tours in several capitals around the world. Let's now talk a little about reliability. It's something that Microsoft's operating system lacks.
