Following its schedule faithfully, Nvidia released the GeForce Game Ready WHQL-certified 417.01 drivers yesterday, offering some optimizations.
Additionally, these drivers pack the latest version of GeForce Experience, bringing it to version 3.16.0.122. If you encounter any issues with the software, there is a thread on the Nvidia forums where you can leave your feedback.
Here are all the bug fixes highlighted along with this update:

There is an additional known issue for those using dual monitors, where one is not G-sync while the other is. In this configuration, users have reported that the monitors sometimes flicker. Nvidia says it has been unable to reproduce the error, and is asking for help from users.
If you are experiencing this issue, you can send an email to driverfeedback@nvidia.com with answers to the following questions:
– What type of graphics card and what model do you have?
– What is the make and model of your two monitors? What is the refresh rate on each monitor running on the desktop?
– Is the screen flickering only on your desktop or also in games?
– If you close all your open windows/applications and leave the computer idle, does your screen still flicker?
– Does setting Power Management Mode to “Prefer Maximum Performance” affect the flicker frequency?
– You can share a video that illustrates the screen flickering (upload to YouTube and share the link to view the video)
– If you are in the Bay Area (California) near the Santa Clara corporate office and would like to bring your system and monitors so we can collect the logs, please contact driverfeedback@nvidia.com
– Does the flickering only occur on the compatible display or on both displays?
For more advanced users:
It would really help to find the source of the issue if we could collect crash dump logs from users. Users will need to manually trigger a system crash with their keyboard, as described below:
