Microsoft has just released a new build of Windows 10 for PCs and mobile devices for those enrolled in the Fast Ring of the Windows Insider program.
This particular build comes with a lot of new features, such as Braille narration support, trying to add features that cater to vulnerable groups. What is important to note is that Braille support is still in beta and is expected to improve in the coming weeks.

Those of you who want to try the new version, follow the instructions below:
Create the ISO:
Download the ESD of the new Windows 10

Then download ESD Decrypter from the link below:
Extract the ESD Decrypter to any folder and place the ESD file inside the same folder.
Now right-click on the decrypt.cmd file and run it as administrator. 
When the blue window opens, type 1 and press enter to begin creating the ISO.
Sit back and wait until the process is finished.
