The latest report reveals that LG has adopted a new technology and performed several tests to ensure the quality of the new LG G6. “We plan to significantly improve the quality and safety of our new flagship so that consumers can feel confident in their choice,” a company representative said.
Specifically, the company will use “heat pipes” to conduct heat and prevent the battery from overheating in high temperatures. “Heat pipes” are commonly used in laptops and desktops to disperse internal heat. In addition, LG is designing the phone in such a way that the parts that tend to overheat are placed at a distance from each other so that the heat is not concentrated in a specific spot.
And the good things about this phone don't stop there, as LG plans to include a fairly powerful battery that promises user safety. The battery will be able to withstand temperatures 15% higher than those specified by international standards in the US and Europe.
LG already has a successful track record in the recent past, with the V20 receiving the military standard MIL-STD 810G certification last year, which indicates that the phone was durable enough to be used in military exercises.
