Windows 10 build 14371 for PCs brings only one new feature related to activation. Microsoft says it has received many complaints from users who were unable to activate Windows after changing hardware, such as hard drives or motherboards.
With this build, Microsoft is bringing a new activation troubleshooter that you can find under Settings – Update & Security – Activation – Troubleshooting.
Those of you who want to try out the new feature can create your own ISO images by following the steps below:
First, you will need to download the ESD files of Windows 10 build 14366. The direct links are below thanks to WzorNet:

Extract ESD Decrypter to any folder and place the ESD file inside the same folder.
Now right click on the decrypt.cmd file and run it as administrator.
When the blue window opens, type 1 and press enter to begin creating the ISO.
Sit back and wait until the process is finished.
