Sony is adding a new dimension to gaming, literally, by utilizing the Playstation 4's camera in yet another way.
The camera will be responsible for locating the relative position of the player who will be wearing the virtual reality headset being developed by Sony, holding two illuminated Playstation Moves.
“The future of video games and entertainment” has been in the works since March 2014, when Sony unveiled Project Morpheus, the virtual reality technology being developed by Sony. At the industry’s biggest trade show, E3, Sony is allowing visitors to put on the Morpheus headset and play two new demos, Street Ludge from Magic Labs and Jurassic Encounter from Supermassive Games.
