What could happen to a frog that frequents a NASA launch site?

Last week, LADEE set sail for the moon, and several photographers were on hand to capture the event. LADEE is a research spacecraft (Lunar Atmosphere and Dust Environment Explorer) whose mission is to collect data on the composition and structure of the thin atmosphere of our natural satellite.
An extremely “lucky” photo shows an unprecedented event that took place during the launch.

The photo below shows a flying frog in the dust and gases of the launch.

There is no information on the frog's condition.
