Dailymotion , a French YouTube competitor , has just released a video camera app for the iPhone, in an effort to encourage its users to upload their files directly from their smartphone .
The app is called Dailymotion Camera and comes with a very simple interface, featuring a record, pause, and resume button.
The application also gives users the ability to trim the clip to the desired size, add a filter and of course, as mentioned above, upload it to Dailymotion.
