Epic trolling of TrumpScript! – Donald Trump becomes…. a programming language!
Sam Shadwell and Chris Brown, two computer science students, are committed to “making Python cool again,” and, in their effort, they’re trolling Donald Trump in epic fashion! These programmers participated in a hackathon and programmed the language, along with Dan Korn and Cannon Lewis.
After a total of 20 hours of coding, the developers managed to write TrumpScript, a 'python based' programming language inspired by Donald Trump.
But, when we say "inspired by Donald Trump," what exactly does that mean?
To write a program in TrumpScript, you should select malformed statements using only pre-formed words and only a small subset of the 'logical' operator. Error messages will not help you find the bug in your code. Words like “true” or “false” are “fact” and “lie”.

Some of the features of TrumpScript:
– It only has integers. America doesn’t do things by halves! 😉
– All numbers must be strictly greater than 1 million. Small things are nothing to Americans.
– Import statements are not allowed.
– Instead of True / False, we have fact / lie.
– Only the most popular words in the English language, Trump’s favorite words, and modern politicians’ names can be used as variable names.
– Error messages are mostly excerpts from Trump’s sayings.
– All programs must end with the phrase “America is great.”
– Our language will automatically correct Forbes’ $4.5B to $10B
In its raw form, TrumpScript is not compatible with Windows, because Trump is not the type of guy who would trust a computer.
