Another beta version of VLC for Android is now available for download. It's called "VLC for Android 0.9.7," and it brings a number of improvements and compatibility fixes.
More specifically, the new version of the application comes with improved DVD menus (compared to the previous version), as well as a series of fixes for various UI crashes.
Additionally, the new VLC for Android 0.9.7 Beta brings compatibility for Android L, the next major version of the operating system, which was unveiled a few weeks ago and is expected to be available to users in the fall.
This is the eighth pre-release of VLC for Android, while the final version of the application is expected to be released very soon.
The mobile application is available for download, with support for all Android devices, but offers a number of features exclusive to Android 4.3 and above.
You can download the application from the GooglePlayStore.
