They give their…kidney to buy an iPhone 6s!

iPhone 6sWould you give your kidney to buy an iPhone 6s? Two men in China did it!

The black market, the organized crime ring and the naivety of people, who are willing to risk even their lives!

Wondering if someone would risk their life for a gadget? Two men in China have proven that the madness of the times knows no bounds. They searched and found a way into the dark alleys of the black market, got in touch with a middleman and offered one of their kidneys, in order to use the money to buy an iPhone 6s! So the answer to the question we asked above is…yes! Yes, someone would risk their life for a gadget.

The story goes like this. A man in China, named Wu, desperately wanted to get an iPhone 6s. But he faced a major problem. He didn’t have the money to buy one. Then, an acquaintance of his named Wang suggested that he donate one of his kidneys to raise the necessary capital. Wu thought about it and agreed. The two men contacted a black market intermediary and arranged a meeting with him to discuss the matter. In China, where organ donation rates are very low, prices have skyrocketed, resulting in a booming black market for organs. The contact was made via the internet. The agent told him that he needed to undergo tests at a hospital in Nanjing. The appointment was arranged, but when the time came for the meeting, Wu did not show up.

Apparently he reconsidered. Wang, who had suggested this solution to him, insisted that they continue with their plan and complete it. Then Wu turned to the police, in order to put an end to this story. Wang, who had suggested the idea, disappeared and has not shown any signs of life since then. Apparently he was a member of a ring and his role was to approach unsuspecting potential victims and lure them.

iPhones are extremely popular in China. Sales of the company have exceeded all forecasts and data. Apple wants to expand its activities in China and the company's big boss, Tim Cook, has admitted that new innovations, such as the new gold phone, are expected to attract increased interest from the buying public.
