Members of the SecNews editorial team attended the 4th consecutive eBusiness & Social Media World, which was organized with great success, yesterday, Tuesday 15.09, at the Divani Caravel hotel.
Everyone was there: executives and professionals active in the fields of E-Commerce and eBusiness, digital marketing, advertising and communication, representatives of important players in the Greek market, journalists, as well as individuals who wanted to be informed about the new opportunities presented in the rapidly growing field of e-commerce and social media.
The two central halls where the conferences were held were packed, proving that social media and e-business are the main driving forces of a rising economy.
The massive turnout of participants confirmed the success of the event, which hosted 4 different sections, in addition to the thematic workshops: Within the framework of the two conferences, a total of 12 workshops were organized, covering both social media and e-business, helping participants to better understand the topics that interested them most.
The audience warmly welcomed the speakers, who presented their opinions, concerns and business proposals and analyzed the ways in which companies and brands can be promoted through social networks. The great success of the conference is due to the simple and understandable presentation of the topics, both for the world of social networks and for the possibilities presented in the field of e-business.
Furthermore, within the framework of the e-Business conference, the "e-BIZZ AWARDS" awards were presented, highlighting companies, services, products and individuals in the market that distinguished themselves during the past year.
It is worth noting that the CYBERKID application for smart phones, which was created by the Cybercrime Prosecution Directorate with the aim of informing and raising awareness among children aged 6 to 18, parents, and teachers on internet safety issues, was awarded in the “Social Responsibility Excellence” category.
