Apple: Free access for Greeks to iCloud for 30 days due to Capital Controls
Due to capital controls and banking restrictions , Greeks cannot, among other things, have access to certain services.
One of them is Apple's iCloud. However, the giant company has decided to make iCloud access free to Greeks for the next 30 days.
This means that those who have paid to expand their iCloud storage space, and cannot pay their monthly subscription, are getting a free 30-day extension, so that they do not risk losing their additional storage space, and their files, and having their account downgraded to the 5GB that the service provides for free.
