The 32nd Athens Marathon gives everyone the opportunity to donate to the "Ark of the World" and the "Eliza" Society Against Child Abuse. All they need to do is take a selfie.
So even those who do not run in the Marathon races on November 9th can take part in this race for everyone.

For every 10,000 selfies with smiles, Wind will offer “The Ark of the World” and the “Eliza” Society against Child Abuse €3,000. More than 20,500 smiles have already been uploaded to date.
"Digital smiles" are one of the many social contribution mechanisms that Wind is activating this year for a good cause.
On the day of the race, more than 1500 runners, members of the Wind Running Team, will take part in the 32nd Athens Marathon in the 5km, 10km and Marathon routes, and for each runner, the company will offer €10 to the two clubs.
Popular Greeks who responded to the company's invitation to run with the team's colors as ambassadors will also test their athletic skills in the same race. For each of the ambassadors, Socrates Alafouzos, Lena Aroni, Panos Vlachos, Niki Kartsonas, Giorgos Manikas, Maria Bekatorou, Nikoleta Ralli, Evi Fragkaki and Kostas Frangolias, WIND will offer the two clubs the amount of €1000.
Furthermore, the company, wishing to highlight the 32nd Athens Marathon as a race for everyone, will give all runners of all races of the event the opportunity to support the Ark of the World and the Eliza association.
Simply by passing under the ARCH located just before the finish line, they will increase the amount that Wind will offer to the two foundations by 1 euro. Runners, spectators and passersby will see live the amount that will be collected from the special electronic board - counter on the Arch.
