Research by Ebates shows that the top positions are the new iPhone and the PS4
In a poll of the Ebates site, American teenagers made it clear that what they want most this Christmas is gadgets. Apple products hold a prominent place in the hearts of the “american pie» generation.
The respondents, boys and girls aged 12-17, answered that they want gadgets for Christmas, at a rate of 88%. The majority are eagerly seeking a new iPhone, while in second place is the iPad.
The boys in America, however, want more a non‑American gadget: the PlayStation 4. The girls love it: At a rate of 41%, they ask their parents for one of the new iPhones that Apple recently introduced.
To make the study's statistics more complete, Ebates also asked the parents of American teenagers about their intentions. 54% of them answered that they would indeed give their children an Apple product as a gift.
