After the two consecutive releases of the Pixel Watch that focused on bug fixes, today's February 2023 update continues in the same direction.

The Pixel Watch is now at the security code update level as of February 5, 2023. RWD9.220429.075 is the new version number with the RWD9.220429.075.J1 variant for Japan and Taiwan. Google's changelog notes only the security update:
- Pixel Watch users will benefit from the February 2023 software update, which provides them with the latest security protections.
After the update, there was no visible change from the user's side and we continue to hope that the Fall Detection feature will be available soon.
Google has released three consecutive monthly updates, indicating that it is likely to update Pixel wearables in the same way as its phones.

To speed up the download process, tap the “Your watch is up to date” screen multiple times in (Settings > System > System updates). Additionally, open Connectivity and turn off Bluetooth to ensure your watch relies solely on Wi-Fi connections.
