While you may know Zoom primarily for its video conferencing, that’s not as important now that we’re starting to see more people in person again. Now, Zoom is expanding its horizons. At its annual “Zoomtopia” event, Zoom unveiled new email and calendar integrations that go along with the company.

Zoom is a tool that can be used for online meetings, webinars , and more. It's a great way to stay connected with colleagues, clients, and friends.
Solutions and clients will be tightly integrated with the Zoom platform, rather than something that can be sent to a Gmail. You will be able to use your existing account with the Zoom client. Some features that Proof offers are the ability to create a personal client domain and the security that your messages are end-to-end encrypted.

Email and calendaring aren't Zoom's first forays outside of video conferencing, as the company has been offering sales intelligence and phone services for quite some time. With this latest push, it's clear that Zoom is aiming to be the next Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, rather than just a simple video conferencing tool.

Both of these clients can be used for free with your current email account, regardless of whether you are already a free subscriber. You must have at least a Zoom One Proif you want email services from Zoom.
