The EIA states:
Oil and gas production declined in all three countries in 2020 after a sharp decline in demand during the COVID-19 pandemic and subsequent declines in crude oil prices, particularly in the first quarter of 2020. Saudi Arabia and Russia agreed to reduce their crude oil production as part of an OPEC+ deal, but in the United States, the reduced production was largely the result of a decline in tight oil investment due to the price and, to a lesser extent, due to unplanned outages.
The following countries on the list of top producers are: Canada, China, Iraq, United Arab Emirates and Brazil.
