Kylie Cosmetics announced that a security breach that occurred at the company that manages its e-commerce platform, Shopify , may be affecting its customers.

Shopify announced on Tuesday that data was potentially exposed after two of its employees attempted to steal transaction records.
Kylie Cosmetics sent an email to its customers informing them of the breach, stating: "Shopify has informed us that this incident affected our customers' names, addresses, emails, product orders, and the last four digits of their credit card."
However, full payment details were not compromised.
“Shopify has advised that Kylie Cosmetics is not the only company affected by this incident, so you may also be receiving notifications from other companies you have shopped with online,” the email adds.
Shopify terminated network for the employees involved in the incident, who were part of the support team.
Shopify is now working with the FBI and other international organizations to further investigate the incident.
Kylie Jenner started her cosmetics company with her wildly popular lipstick line, eventually expanding to a wide range of makeup products. The line has been a huge hit with her fans and includes several products named after members of Kylie Jenner's family.
