Nvidia's next flagship has been spotted in the 3DMark database , and it's the first time we've seen a GPU of this level . According to the 3DMark results, the performance appears to be 26% higher than the RTX 2080 Ti .

A closer look at the numbers shows that the GPU scored 18,257 in 3DMark's " Time Spy " graphics benchmark . The high score is proof that this is a new GPU . Even a Titan RTX can't deliver that much performance without additional cooling, such as liquid nitrogen .
Nvidia's new graphics unit is 21% faster than the Titan RTX and 26% faster than the RTX 2080 Ti, according to data we got from 3DMark.
The new “ GA102 ” could be the flagship GPU they’ll use in various GPU packages: The next Nvidia Titan , a series of Quadro cards, and a couple of gaming graphics cards called the Geforce RTX 3080 and RTX 3090 .
Several leakers are optimistic that the GA102 will have up to 5,376 cores, but there is no official word on the exact core of these models. Surprisingly, everyone agrees with the tweet by user “KatCorgi”, which claims that the memory capacity will be 24GB 17Gbps for the 2ndgeneration Nvidia Titan, 12GB 21Gbps for the GeForce RTX 3090, and 10GB 19Gbps for the GeForce RTX 3080.

Speculation is rife that the flagship RTX 3090 will be the next-generation GPU, due to its excellent performance, but it's not ruling out the possibility that the RTX 3080. This will depend on how Nvidia decides to handle the market and promotion of the GPU before its release.
It should be noted here that 3DMark recorded a 1,935MHz speed during the benchmarks, which is 25% more than the RTX 2080 Ti, which was clocked at 1,545MHz. In essence, the new GPU doesn't necessarily need a higher core count to reach the required level of performance.
However, it is expected that Nvidia will release at least one card that will have a more powerful core , probably by the end of the year.
