A new leak wants AMD's Ryzen C7 processor to be integrated into smartphones, offering a different mobile.
Ryzen processors have boosted AMD 's popularity , delivering both excellent performance and value to gamers and PC enthusiasts. Perhaps the time has come for the company to expand into the smartphone market, following the same path.

The leak came from a tweet spotted on social media by user @HansDeVriesNL, who revealed information about the Ryzen C7 and the company's possible move. According to the post, AMD may be preparing a Ryzen SoC for mobile, but without confirming that it will happen. If the rumor turns out to be true, it could disrupt the entire smartphone market, just like Ryzen processors have done for computers.
More specifically, it is an SoC, the Ryzen C7, which will consist of two Gaugin Pro cores. The cores will be based on ARM's new Cortex X1, which were recently announced. The X1s operate at a frequency of 3GHz, combined with two others, based on the Cortex A78 at a frequency of 2.6GHz, and 4 based on the low-power Cortex A55 at a frequency of 2GHZ.

The most interesting point is that the chip appears to support the unique graphics features, based on RDNA, on which AMD and Samsungin 2019.Their construction has been shown to have significantly increased the speed, from that of the Adreno 650 that had top smartphones like the Samsung Galaxy S20. Combined with support for LPDDR5 RAM and 2K resolution of 144Hz, it will turn the Ryzen C7 into a "beast".
The new chip, Ryzen C7, is rumored to be manufactured by TSMC, with a 5nm process node, and will support 5G connectivity using an integrated Mediatek 5G UltraSave Modem, with Dual Sim capability.
AMD may not be a large-scale company, but it competes worthily with chip giants for smartphones, tablets, and accessories, including Qualcomm, Samsung, and Mediatek.
