Devil May Cry 5's "voice actors" are being sued for their statements

Joey Camen and Camen TV

After the negative comments, Camen deleted the videos from his YouTube channel, for which he received negative criticism.

The actor had posted videos a few years ago mocking transgender people and people of color. In one video, he wears a black mask over his face and openly says the word nigger, which is used derogatorily for people of color. In another video, he plays “Rabbi Goldstein,” who can’t understand the Black Lives Matter movement.

In another video, Camen wears a purple wig and pretends to be a “transgender person who is against trans fats.” In this video, he refers to these people as “transvestites.” The 27 videos, which address the above topics as well as others, are full of bad humor and offensive jokes.

Camen has had a long career providing the voice of various heroes. He also plays the only main black character in Devil May Cry 5, Morrison.

Reuben Langdon

Reuben Langdon is an actor who has also lent his voice to several video games, including Street Fighter V, The Last of Us, and Devil May Cry 5, where he voices the protagonist Dante. In an interview with Toy Bounty Hunters (a YouTube channel), Langdon spoke about a variety of topics, from Black Lives Matter to the allegations against fellow actor Vic Mignogna.

The two YouTubers, Yellow Flash and Hero Hei, asked the actor to give his opinion on the Black Lives Matter and Me Too movements. “The MeToo and BLM movements are never going to stop. They are blaming people and creating more conflict,” Langdon said.

The actor was also asked about Mignogna: “Vic is a very sensitive man and I’ve seen him interact with women that way, but I’ve also seen women say ‘no thanks’ and he respects that and says ‘thank you very much.’ People should just say it when they’re not comfortable with someone and walk away,” Langdon said. “I don’t think Vic would do anything more than give them a hug in those situations.”.

Langdon said he supports Mignogna and believes people are saying these things because they want to incriminate him. Later in the interview, Langdon spoke about the Trump administration and its possible ties to the Russian government. “This whole Russian collusion thing has been going on for years and there’s still no evidence,” Langdon said. “I’m not pro-Trump or anti-Trump, I’m just interested in the evidence.”.

Langdon has said for years that he believes in UFOs and aliens. He is also a staunch supporter of QAnon, the conspiracy theory that claims there is a “secret government” that the world is unaware of.

The interview was posted on the ResetEra forum, and many users stated that they would no longer purchase copies of Devil May Cry 5.
