Smartphone manufacturers on the Android strive to offer timely updates to the latest versions of the operating system. Many smartphone manufacturers are now paying special attention to the importance of software development. Asus has released its 2019 updates, clarifying which smartphones are expected to receive the latest version of Android in the coming months.
The list was posted on Zen Talk – the company’s official forum – by the forum moderators. The list is long, but the post states that these are the phones that are part of the software updates from Asus. However, there is a possibility that not all of these phones will receive the software update.
Notable mentions on the list are the Asus ZenFone 5Z and ZenFone Max Pro M2, which have already received Android 9 Pie. The ZenFone 5Z was officially updated with a stable build, while the Zenfone Max Pro M2 received a beta update earlier this month. The next big device that could get the update is the Asus ROG Phone, which is also mentioned on the list.
