GCHQ, the British intelligence agency that deals with communications, cryptanalysis, and cyber-espionage, has just created a Twitter account.
Of course, there is nothing remarkable so far, despite the fact that a service that was considered top secret made an entrance into a very public platform.
It's not the first time GCHQ has tried to capitalize on its public image. In December, the agency's Christmas card contained a very complex puzzle that no one was able to solve.
So in February the service published the solution for the public who were trying.
After its invasion of the social network, GCHQ published its first tweet containing a link leading to its official website:
Hello, world. https://t.co/SROtSsE8KB
— GCHQ (@GCHQ) May 16, 2016
But let's also talk about the first account the secret service followed. Of course, it could not be any other than the other famous British spy James Bond.
