With last Tuesday's Patch Tuesday, Microsoft gave the public some important updates for its software. The company also released a new version of the Malicious Software Removal Tool.
The tool is delivered by Microsoft as a built-in feature of Windows Update but also as a standalone application for those who want to have a reliable tool for detecting and removing malicious programs.
Just like the previous versions, this new version works on Windows XP, Vista and 7, in both 32- and 64-bit.
