Lego has unveiled a new version of its popular Mindstorms robot series at this year's CES, adding some exciting new technology. The third generation of Lego robots brings support for mobile devices, which means you'll now be able to control your creations with your iPhone.
As generations of Mindstroms robots pass, so does the technology behind them. The heart of the EV3 runs Linux and allows the creator to program their robot wirelessly via their iOS device.
Lego plans to release the Mindstroms EV3 series sometime in the second half of 2013 at a price of $349.99.
