Intel has made available a new BIOS package developed for its DE3815TY NUC, version 0052, which is compatible with the DE3815TYBE NUC and the DE3815TYKHE NUC and adds some security improvements and a few other new features.
Specifically, this version adds the automatic recovery function via USB key, G3 Power button with recovery feature, as well as the Windows firmware update function, while also removing a bug that caused the system to hang when executing a reboot/shutdown -r command in Linux.

Intel also addressed a specific issue that occurred when users entered their password and “User Access Level = limited,” which rolled back the TXE firmware to 1.0.2.1067 and improved the BIOS update functionality by disabling the keyboard button and Power button during the flash/recovery process.
In addition to these changes, the Visual version of the device's BIOS has also been updated to 2.2.20, which resolves issues related to network capabilities, some display errors, as well as a few other minor issues.
When installing, be sure to carefully read all available update methods and choose the one that is best for you.
That said, download the Intel DE3815TY NUC BIOS 0052 for your device, apply it to your NUC, and enjoy these new changes.
