The Dark Web hacking forum called HeII was shut down last year after a large amount of personal data was discovered on the website by the relevant authorities. However, a few months after the authorities reported that the forum was now down, can you guess?… HeII is back!
The “ΗeΙΙ ”, a Dark Web hacking forum was reactivated just a few after it was discovered and forced to shut down by the authorities in July 2015. ΗeΙΙ resurfaced from the obscurity of the dark web last year, when it was used by a hacker who posted on it details and personal data of more than 4 million users who were registered on Adult Friend Finder.
Everything that was posted on the ΗeΙΙ forum contained data such as users' personal information, as well as their sexual preferences. This leak was discovered a few months later, and since the data had already been published on the ΗeΙΙ, when Adult Friend Finder admitted the breach it suffered, and suddenly the administrator of the ΗeΙΙ and the founder of ‘Ping’ disappeared.
Although the disappearance of the forum was considered by many definitive, it returned Online a few days later. The website, however, has been closed since July 2015.

Everything looks the same, from the logo of the website to its entire appearance. The new administrator with the nickname HA reported that HeII has returned and users can again use the HeII URL as they always did in the past.
