Following a relevant order by the Athens First Instance Prosecutor's Office, which was ratified by the Athens Appeals Prosecutor's Office, the identity details, photographs and criminal prosecution brought against an English teacher who worked in a tutoring center and had in his possession 1,170 files with hard and sick child pornography material, even with bestiality against infants, are being made public.
This is Nikolaos Apostolidis, son of Alexander and Calliope.
Criminal proceedings were brought against him for the act of aggravated child pornography.
This specific publication, lasting six months (until 23-05-2016), according to the relevant Prosecutor's Order, aims to protect society as a whole, minors, vulnerable or powerless population groups and to facilitate the realization of the State's claim for the punishment of the above offenses.

How was he found?
The police officers of this Directorate, led by Major General Manolis Sfakianakis, began their investigation to locate the 40-year-old professor after receiving information from INTERPOL about a complex European child pornography file exchange ring, of unprecedented ferocity by the standards of the "old continent".
During the investigation, INTERPOL police officers discovered an "electronic fingerprint" of a member of the ring, who was based in Greece and appeared to be exchanging files with other pedophile internet users that even contained rapes of infants by adults and... animals.
The police officers of the Cybercrime Prosecution Directorate immediately began their investigations, after first informing the competent prosecutor, who issued a decision to lift the confidentiality of electronic connections.
After conducting internet searches, the Prosecution Police officers located the email address of the 40-year-old professor's computer, resulting in the identification of his real home address within 24 hours, despite the fact that he had taken care to hide his tracks with various tricks on his laptop.
The police officers of the Cybercrime Investigation Unit located the professor's residence in the western suburbs of Attica and, in the presence of a judicial officer, broke into the house and conducted a search of his computer, where they discovered the infected material.
According to the information, even Manolis Sfakianakis were stunned by what they saw in the 1,170 files of child porn, which they discovered in the possession of the English teacher, as they even included videos of infant rape by animals.
At the same time, the police officers of the Cybercrime Investigation Unit also conducted a search of the computer in the office of the 40-year-old professor, at the well-known chain of foreign language tutoring centers where he works, and found it "clean".
However, because the news of the arrest of the 40-year-old foreign language teacher "exploded" like a bomb among parents whose children had lessons with the 40-year-old, the Cybercrime Police will investigate the possibility of possible sexual harassment by this teacher against his students.
According to the same information, the files with child pornography found in the possession of the 40-year-old professor have already been transferred to the Hellenic Police laboratories, in order to investigate whether any of them were filmed in Greece.
