As Oculus VR officially announced, the Oculus Rift will be released in the first quarter of 2016. The company, which was acquired by Facebook for two billion dollars, is one step closer to completing the product that gave it so much value: a mask that will transport you to another world, that of virtual reality.
"We are excited to announce that Oculus Rift will be available in the first quarter of 2016. Pre-sales will begin later this year," was the company's first announcement via its Twitter account.
This was followed by further publications from the company, which generally explained the technical characteristics, as well as the unique experiences that their device will offer.
"The mask will fulfill the dreams of those who are waiting for virtual reality technology. With exciting content, a complete device with a flawless combination of hardware and software, and a complete ecosystem full of hardware specifically designed for virtual reality," emphasizes the now well-known company.
