Reports of iCloud issues have been popping up on Apple's support forums, Reddit, and from a reader who contacted AppleInsider following the release of iOS 16.3, which included enhanced security measures. It appears that this update has caused some users to have more problems than expected when trying to interact with iCloud.
According to user reports, after trying to re-enable previously working features (such as iCloud Drive and Backup) that were disabled after the update, they receive a pop-up message that reads “An Unexpected Error Occurred. Please try again later.”.
