To ensure a completely silent experience with your iPhone camera, simply switch to silent mode: the easiest and most effective way to turn off all shutter sounds. This way, your iPhone will mute all sounds, including the camera sound.
Once you've taken the photos you want, turning off silent mode is easy!
To quickly mute your phone, slide the Ring/Silent located on the left side of your iPhone to the orange setting.

If the Ring/Silent switch no longer displays the characteristic orange hue, be sure that your iPhone is set to silent mode.

With the Camera app, you can now take photos without having to hear annoying shutter sounds.
