If you're a Windows Insider and have installed the latest Windows 11 Dev build, starting today you'll see tips on how to search your PC and the web from the taskbar.

Microsoft plans to test its new feature, which will only appear on devices owned by English-speaking people enrolled in the Windows Insider program, in the United States.

“Microsoft hopes to make Windows search more user-friendly by providing tips on how to use the feature via the taskbar,” report Amanda Langowski and Brandon LeBlanc.

This change is rolling out for systems running Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 25236, the latest build released to the Dev channel.

Currently, Microsoft is also rolling out a major update to the Microsoft Store that will allow customers to find and redeem offers (like Office, Game Pass, or individual games) available on their new PCs.
