Mariah Carey's Twitter account appears to have been hacked late Tuesday afternoon, sharing numerous racist comments with her 21.4 million followers.
It's unclear who is behind the hack, and most of the tweets posted Tuesday afternoon were quickly deleted.
“Personally, I don’t think racism is real, it’s just a boy talk,” one tweet said. “Eminem has a small penis,” another said. (Mariah Carey and rapper Eminem once had a public feud in which the rapper claimed he had slept with the singer.)

Twitter users were quick to comment on the strange situation.
Hacking Mariah Carey is a federal offense, so I hope it's worth it!" one user wrote.
Mariah Carey has become a topic of conversation in the pop community in recent weeks, thanks to the records she has achieved.
