Alpha Bank's new Bonus Program application (Bonus app) received four awards for the innovations it introduces in the mobile business sector and its great acceptance by the consumer public, at the annual Mobile Excellence Awards 2019 competition , which was recently concluded.
In particular, the Bonus app was distinguished with a Gold Award in the “Redesign – Relaunch” category, a Silver Award in the “Use of Mobile for Customer Loyalty” category and two Bronze Awards in the “Enable the Branding Strategy through Mobile” and “Mobile Customer Engagement & Personalized Services” categories.
The Bonus app is placed at the “heart” of the Customer experience and Alpha Bank’s communication with them, in line with the new development strategy of the Bonus Program. Within 10 months of its launch in the market, in December 2018, more than 220,000 Bonus Customers have registered with the innovative application and use it daily.
The Mobile Excellence Awards competition, which this year saw a record 280 entries, rewards the best practices and the most innovative programs and applications for smart phones and was organized for the 5th consecutive year by the company Boussias Communications.
The awards received by the Bonus app in the competition are recognition of its innovative and unique features, such as the particularly fast and easy user registration and login, the unobstructed navigation of the application's personalized functions and the multiple menu options, including transaction history, analysis and transfer of Bonus points and direct access to the offers of the Program's Partners.
Furthermore, the application of the Bonus program, the largest loyalty program from Alpha Bank, is distinguished by its functional, useful and elegant user interface and provides a particularly friendly experience to the user, following the mobile first logic and applying the most modern techniques in the field of mobile apps, a fact confirmed by the consistently high rating (4.7) of the public in the App Stores.
