Flow State sends emails with links where you can listen to two hours of instrumental music from various artists and genres, ideal as background music during your work or other activities. All the music is curated by humans, not algorithms. This means there is a wide variety of well-known and unknown artists, in a variety of formats. Each email is associated with one to five artists. To give you an idea, recent pieces sent include music by Johann Johannsson, Khruangbin, David Borden, Steve Reich and Ludovico Einaudi, Debussy and Tangerine Dream.

Messages are sent at 8:00 a.m. Greek time, so you can have them on the morning of each business day. To sign up for the free service, click the “Subscribe” button at the top of the page. Enter an email address and click “Subscribe” next to your email. You will see a “Let me read first” link. Click this if you want to see information about what you will receive if you sign up.
The next page says “Choose a subscription plan.” Under the red “Subscribe” box, click “Maybe later.”.
you will be taken to a page that says “Ok, you'll get public posts.” Clicking the “Continue” button will take you to the last public post on the site, where you can scroll down to see previous public posts with music recommendations.
Do not try to play around with a fake email because the website reads the cookies and then will not allow you to enter your correct email, if you want the service. If you do, then delete the cookies of that particular website or simply repeat the same process with another browser.
Music sources vary and include one or more links to sources such as Spotify, SoundCloud, YouTube, Apple Music, Bandcamp, Mixcloud, and Google Play. Some emails have links to one source, and some to two or more sources.
